3. These Terms include the following terms and conditions, the agreements explicitly incorporated herein, and all rules that we may publish in the future. All of these rules are considered an integral part of these Terms and have equal legal effect. Unless otherwise specified, your use of this service indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms and constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us.

4. We reserve the right to regularly modify and/or revise these Terms by posting notices and/or other reasonable means. We encourage you to periodically review the revised Terms, and you must comply with these Terms when using the service. Your continued use of our service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any dispute between you and liulianpi shall be governed by the latest Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.

III. Your Account

1. To use this service, you must create an account that we recognize and log in. If you access this service through a third-party account that we recognize, you must ensure the reliability, authenticity, and availability of that account. If you encounter issues with a third-party account (such as being unable to log in to liulianpi due to account suspension), please contact the company that owns the account.

2. Your account will be the sole basis for us to verify your identity. Please bind your account with a mobile phone number (one mobile phone number can only register one account). Please register your account with a mobile phone number that has not been bound to a liulianpi account and has not been deactivated by us. The method of account registration and binding may change depending on the user or product needs, and you agree to comply with such changes in accordance with local laws and regulations. You agree that we will use the mobile phone number you provide and/or the mobile phone number and mobile device identification code that we automatically extract during your registration for your registration.

3. Since liulianpi is a location-based mobile entertainment product, you can decide whether to authorize us to disclose and use your location information during registration. If you grant us this permission, we will provide you with more personalized services based on your location. If you do not grant us this permission, you can still use the basic functions and services we provide, but it may affect services related to location information.

4. When you register, log in, or use liulianpi, we need to collect your personally identifiable information so that we can contact you when necessary or provide you with a better user experience. You agree to provide true, detailed, and accurate personal information ("Personal Information") with your consent. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, username, gender, age, date of birth, ID card, address, occupation and industry, height, weight, income, interests and hobbies, personal information, and other information you register/update. You agree to promptly update any changes to your personal information. If the personal information you provide is inaccurate, false, or contains illegal/offensive content, we may refuse your registration application and terminate your use of this service.

5. You agree not to:

￮ Register your liulianpi account using any false information;

￮ Register your liulianpi account in the name of another person without permission;

￮ Over-register your liulianpi account;

￮ Register and maintain multiple liulianpi accounts at the same time.

6. If you use false information to misuse another person's registered account, or if the account avatar, personal profile, or other information contains illegal or harmful content, we have the right to take measures such as notifying you to correct it or temporarily blocking it, and we have the right to cancel maliciously registered or registered in the name of another person's account, and report such incidents to the relevant government departments.

7. You acknowledge that you have full civil and legal capacity to agree to these service terms in accordance with the laws of various countries. If you lack this capacity, it is recommended that you read these terms under the accompaniment of your guardian. Unless your guardian agrees to your use of this service and these service terms, you are not allowed to use this service.

8. The username, nickname, avatar, and other account information you provide must comply with laws and regulations, and must not violate national interests, citizens' legal rights, public order, or social morality, nor contain any illegal or harmful information. You further guarantee that your account information does not contain the following content:

￮ Violating the Constitution or other laws;

￮ Positing a threat to national security or public interest; inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination;

￮ Violating national religious policies or promoting cults;

￮ Spreading rumors or disrupting social order;

￮ Disseminating pornographic, violent, or other illegal content;

￮ Defaming or infringing upon the rights of others.

9. If your account information contains illegal or harmful content, we reserve the right to notify you to correct it or suspend your account. If you impersonate any entity or celebrity, we may disable your account and report it.

10. You must keep your account and password secure. You are fully responsible for any losses caused by activities on your account. You can change your password at any time and agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. For certain features of liulianpi, such as posting content or comments, you may need to provide additional information, such as location or real-name verification.

IV. Service Guidelines

1. liulianpi is a social platform that connects users based on their geographical location. You can upload, browse, share, search, and comment on videos. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, authenticity, and quality of your registration information and any content you upload. You agree not to abuse this service and to use it within the constraints of laws and regulations and these Terms. If you cause us to suffer losses due to your violation of these service terms, you will fully compensate us.

2. You must comply with applicable laws and local customs when using this service. If your actions lead to legal violations or social controversies, we have the right to suspend or terminate this service. In any case, you agree not to:

￮ Use the service for illegal activities;

￮ Harm minors;

￮ Send spam or junk emails;

￮ Display inappropriate content;

￮ Engage in false or misleading activities;

￮ Make harmful actions towards others;

￮ Infringe upon the rights of others;

￮ Access our service using automated means;

￮ Promote services outside of liulianpi;

￮ Persuade users to use competitive products.

3. If you violate the above regulations, we have the right to suspend or terminate your use of this service, including freezing or canceling your account. You are aware that we may provide necessary information to the competent authorities at their request. You understand that this service is merely a platform for sharing videos, and related costs are borne by you.

V. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights related to liulianpi, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by us or our licensors. Unless explicitly provided in these Terms, we do not grant you any intellectual property license or other rights. You agree not to infringe upon our or our licensors' intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate applicable laws.

2. The services and all content displayed on liulianpi (including trademarks, logos, applications, source code, web pages, text, images, audio, video, and graphics) belong to liulianpi or other rights holders. You agree not to use, modify, copy, distribute, alter, transmit, or publish this content without our written consent. You are responsible for compensating us or other rights holders for any losses caused by unauthorized use.

3. You confirm that you have all the rights to any content you upload or post on liulianpi. If such content involves third-party rights, you guarantee that you have obtained the legal authorization from the relevant rights holders before uploading. You also guarantee that you have not entered into any agreements that restrict your ability to fulfill these obligations.

4. Due to the nature of certain features of liulianpi, other users may use the content you upload. Therefore, you agree to respect the ownership and intellectual property rights of these legitimate owners when using their content. You agree to comply with these Terms and the requirements of the legitimate owners when using such materials.

5. We do not guarantee that you can use materials and works in various ways. Your use may be restricted by the author, privacy, trademarks, and/or portrait rights. We make no warranties regarding the suitability, legality, or non-infringement of the content provided by us or other users. You grant us a global, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, modify, copy, distribute, and publish the content you upload. This includes using your real name, nickname, portrait, or any other identity information in our promotional materials. You also grant us the right to take legal action and obtain all compensation for any intellectual property infringement of the content you upload.

6. If you believe that any content uploaded on the platform infringes your rights, please notify us in accordance with the relevant rules. If we receive a notice of alleged infringement, we may, at our discretion, remove the content and notify you to negotiate a resolution with the rights holder.
