END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The following terms of service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and liulianpi and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our Company"). By installing, using, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to comply with the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not install, use, or otherwise access our services. Your right to use our services is contingent upon your full compliance with these Terms and all relevant conditions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms specifically apply to the following:

• Your account registration and use;

• Your download, installation, and/or use of our website (including but not limited to computer websites, web pages, HTML5 websites, mobile websites, TV/tablet websites, and any other form of website), as well as any connected software, networks, or services, and any updates we may provide to you (collectively referred to as "Software");

• Your access to the services related to the Software that we provide (hereinafter referred to as "Services");

• Any virtual goods and virtual currency (defined below);

• Any other text, images, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive content, and any other media, content, or information provided to you through the Services (collectively referred to as "Content," and together with the Software, Services, virtual goods, and virtual currency, referred to as "Licensed Items").

You may only use the Licensed Items under the following conditions:

• You are a "natural person" (companies, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other legal or business entities are not allowed to use the Licensed Items), and you are not an individual whom we have explicitly prohibited from using the Licensed Items;

• You agree to these Terms;

• You are able to legally enter into these Terms with us in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

• Applicable laws and regulations permit you to use the Licensed Items in the location where you are using them.

Please read these Terms, as well as our policies and instructions, carefully to understand the ways in which you may and may not use the Licensed Items.

Special Note: If you are under 13 years of age, you are not allowed to create an account or use any Licensed Items. If you are not an "adult" (as defined by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction), your parents or guardians must agree to these Terms (on behalf of themselves and you) before you can use your account or any Licensed Items. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept responsibility for the users of your account and Licensed Items, including but not limited to any payments, fees, and charges related to the Licensed Items, and if, according to applicable website rating systems, our Services are not suitable for minors, you should be responsible for monitoring and controlling minors' access to our Services.

I. Your Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms, stipulating how we collect, store, and use the personal information you provide when using your account, Licensed Items, and our Services.

II. Changes to Licensed Items, These Terms, and Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, so please regularly check the latest version of these Terms. In addition, we may from time to time (within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations) add, change, or remove features of the Licensed Items (regardless of whether any specific Licensed Item is free), or completely suspend or terminate the use of the Licensed Items.

After we make any changes to these Terms, if you continue to use the Licensed Items, whether or not you have received notice from us, it indicates your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

III. License to Use Licensed Items

The Licensed Items are the property of us and our licensors, protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws around the world, as described in the section below titled "Our Intellectual Property."

(i) Software License

Subject to the provisions of these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (unless otherwise specified in these Terms), and revocable license to:

• Use the Software in object code format only on your own devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with any instructions, user guides, FAQs, or other requirements (hereinafter referred to as "Instructions") we may specify from time to time, and these Terms; and

• Use the Services, subject to the provisions in the section below titled "Service License."

(ii) Service License

When the Services are provided as part of your use of the Software under these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with the Instructions and these Terms.

You may create certain content within the Services, such as website videos. Such content is subject to the provisions in the section below titled "Your Content."

(iii) Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency License

When the Software enables you to purchase or acquire virtual goods and/or virtual currency, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the virtual goods and virtual currency in accordance with the Instructions and these Terms, especially the terms specified in the section below titled "Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency."

(iv) Content License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Content through the methods provided by the Software or related Services.

IV. Your Content

When you submit, upload, transmit, or display any data, information (excluding your personal information, which we will collect, use, and store in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy), media, or other content related to your use of our Services (hereinafter referred to as "Your Content"), you understand and agree that:

1. You will continue to own Your Content and be responsible for it;

2. You grant us and our affiliated companies the right to use Your Content (without any payment or fee to you), including but not limited to the right to create derivative works, publicly display, reproduce, and publicly perform Your Content, for the purposes of providing, promoting, developing, and improving our Services, including but not limited to the Services related to which you submitted Your Content and any other Services we may provide now or in the future;

3. In using Your Content, we and our affiliated companies may copy, reproduce, host, store, process, adapt, modify, translate, perform, distribute, and publish Your Content globally through all media and all distribution methods, including but not limited to methods developed in the future, as long as they are incorporated into the Services you are using;

4. We may share Your Content with third parties with whom we collaborate to help provide, promote, develop, and improve our Services, but we will not sell Your Content to these third parties (other than our affiliated companies) for their own use (i.e., for any purpose unrelated to our Services); and

5. When you submit Your Content, you will comply with the Instructions and these Terms.

In addition, you agree that we and our affiliated companies (within the scope of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and regulations):

• Are permitted to retain and continue using Your Content after you stop using our Services - for example, when you share Your Content with other users of our Services;

• May need to retain Your Content to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws and regulations related to intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection, and anti-fraud.
